My practice utilizes mindfulness practices based in brain science that are easy to learn—simple yet powerful. Like following the breath, pausing, and more so you can respond rather than react to challenging work and life situations. Learn to:

  • Quiet persistent negative self-talk.

  • Develop sustainable practices for rest, nourishment and movement.

  • Regain confidence after experiencing psychological violence and abuse in the workplace. (I have lived experienced of bullying and harassment in the workplace, and intimate partner violence.)

  • Flourish with a chronic health condition. (I live with type 1 diabetes.)
